RETURN PRODUCTS

We reserve the right to return in order to return the value of the returned product (s), within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the parcel by you and if it meets the necessary conditions.
Return conditions:

Returns must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days
Returned products must be in the condition where they were sent from www.ioannidisathens.com and received by the customer, complete and without damage.
Their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product in excellent condition (without removing the labels) and with all shipping documents (eg Retail Receipt, etc.).
In case you need to use the right of return, you should contact us by phone or e-mail, within the time limit set.
Inside the package you have already received, there is the change-return form, in which all the conditions for the returns are listed in detail, as well as a form for filling in the necessary information.
After contacting us about the return, place the products you wish to return, in their original packaging.
In order for the products to reach good condition, you must definitely pack them properly - in a bigger box - so that they are protected during shipment.
